NAiOS Tasks is the new kanban board module of the platform: workspaces with boards, lists, and cards that you drag between columns. Color labels, checklists with progress, deadlines, priorities, comments with mentions, and attachments. What you expect from a good task manager — and what no other gives you, because yours doesn't live within a platform with AI.
- In real time: when a teammate moves a card, your board updates automatically. No refreshing, no asking "have you seen it?".
- Team with permissions: share a space and decide who sees, who comments, who edits, and who manages.
- "My cards": everything that belongs to you, from all spaces, sorted by due date. Due dates alert you with a bell and on your mobile: the day before and upon expiration.
- Cards that move themselves: create rules for each board — "when a card reaches Done, notify the creator," "when it expires, move it to Urgent." Automation made easy.
- Templates: save the structure of a board that works and reuse it. Or start with the default ones: Kanban, Sprint, or Support.
Ask it in the chat
The real difference is here: NAiOS's AI works your boards. Type in the chat "remind me to review the contract for Friday" and the card appears, with its date, assigned to you. Ask "what do I have pending?" and it responds with your actual list. Your agents can consult and move cards — asking for your confirmation before touching anything.
