From 15 to 24 October, we have published updates in a dozen NAiOS modules. The most notable: the NAiOS ERP connects with Holded, so that companies using it also have their data in NAiOS and can work with both at the same time. There is also a lot of work in Accounting and Treasury, so you don't have to do by hand what the system already knows, and improvements in Mail, NAiOS Talk and the calendar. It is the second instalment of the series: the first, with the updates from 8 to 14 October, is here.
In 30 seconds
- Connection with Holded: the ERP brings in customers, products, invoices, payments, purchases and quotes from Holded, and keeps them up to date while you use both programmes.
- More automated Accounting: Stripe payouts that group several payments are reconciled all at once, invoice payments are recorded when posting the bank, and purchases in dollars match what is charged to the card.
- Company cards just like at your accounting firm: one sub-account per card and a monthly settlement that leaves ERP expenses paid.
- More agile Mail: new mail notifications without relying on AI, spam and block buttons, templates when composing, and moving to a folder by typing its name.
- NAiOS Talk and Agents: commands with «/», invitations to NAiOS from the conversation, and an assistant that tells you what's new on the platform without making things up.
ERP: connection with Holded
Many companies manage their invoicing in Holded and want to start using NAiOS without suddenly changing the way they work. Now, the NAiOS ERP can keep an up-to-date copy of what you do in Holded, for as long as you need: a few weeks, a few months or continuously.

- What is copied: customers and suppliers, products and services, sales invoices and credit notes with their payment status, purchase invoices (as expenses, with their payment) and quotes, proformas, orders and delivery notes.
- How it works: you keep invoicing in Holded as usual and NAiOS reflects it, so you also have your data in NAiOS Accounting, Treasury and chat. Invoices arrive as historical records, with their original date and number, and are not sent to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT) again because they were already issued in Holded. If you ever decide to invoice from NAiOS, you will already have everything inside.
- Read-only: it is activated with a read-only Holded API key. NAiOS never changes anything in Holded.
- In plain sight: a panel shows the result of each synchronisation, its log and the monthly usage of your Holded plan. NAiOS stops before running it out, and notifies you via the bell icon when finished.
In addition, each quote, order, delivery note and invoice already includes its payment method (bank transfer, direct debit, cash, card or payment gateway), and the PDF prints the corresponding one. And if several variants in the catalogue have the same name, when you select them on a line they are distinguished by their reference.
You may know it from: Holded, Sage 50, Factusol. If you already use Holded: the ERP guide explains step by step how to connect it.
Accounting and Treasury: less repeated work
This week, almost all the work has gone into the same thing: making sure that what is already registered in one place doesn't have to be registered again in another.

- Batch Stripe payouts: Stripe settles several payments in a single payout to the bank. Treasury recognises which already registered payments make it up and reconciles them all at once, or lets you choose them with the running total in view.
- Record the payment when posting: if you post a bank transaction and there is an outstanding invoice for the same amount, you are offered to record the payment right there. The invoice is marked as paid and nothing is duplicated later.
- Reconciled payments are posted automatically: when applying a match in Treasury, the journal entry for the collection or payment is automatically posted.
- Purchases in other currencies: the expense remembers its currency and exchange rate. If the card charges slightly more or less than the invoice, the difference automatically goes to exchange differences and the supplier's account is cleared to zero.
- Company cards: one sub-account per card and a monthly settlement, just like at your accounting firm. The lines that match an ERP expense leave it marked as paid.
- Payments to the tax agency: when posting a charge from the Spanish tax agency (AEAT), the correct form is suggested (form 111 (modelo 111), form 303 (modelo 303), form 130 (modelo 130)...) based on the receipt of the charge itself.
- Correct without redoing: you can change the expense account of a suggested journal entry, redo it with the current ERP data, or generate the journal entry for a specific document without touching anything else.
- Bank connection: a new way to connect your bank directly (PSD2), available for companies that request it.
You may know it from: A3, Contaplus, Agicap. If you already use them: your accounting firm's Journal can be imported, and your advisor can work directly in NAiOS.
Mail: useful notifications and fewer clicks

- New email notifications without AI: each account chooses whether to notify you of everything, everything except automatic emails (newsletters, noreply…) or only what is relevant according to the AI. If several arrive at the same time, a single grouped notification.
- Spam and block sender directly from the notification itself, in the bell, on mobile and on desktop.
- Template when composing: each account can start new emails with the template you choose.
- Move to a folder by typing its name, and create it on the fly if it doesn't exist.
- Signature per account, also on accounts connected with Microsoft 365 or Google.
You may know it from: Gmail, Outlook, Thunderbird.
NAiOS Talk and Agents

- Commands with «/»: when you type a slash in a conversation, the available ones appear. The first one, /naios-invite, allows anyone with permission to invite someone from outside to NAiOS in four steps, without leaving the conversation.
- Keyboard mentions: in groups, you can navigate the «@» list with the arrow keys and select with Enter.
- Platform updates: ask the assistant «what's new in NAiOS?» and it will tell you based on the changelogs of what you have installed. And if you ask it about a feature it doesn't know, it searches for it in the help section before replying, and if it can't find it, it says so.
- Voice in other languages: agents can generate audio in English, French, German, Catalan, Galician, Portuguese and other languages, with a native voice.
You may know it from: Slack, Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT.
Calendar and bookings
- The chat and agents check your calendar: they look for free slots based on your availability and create, change or delete appointments.
- The description of each appointment type supports formatting (bold, lists and links), and the public booking page displays it this way.
You may know it from: Calendly, Google Calendar, Doodle.
Connectors and automations
- Multiple accounts of the same service: if you connect, for example, three Gmail accounts, the AI can use the one you tell it to in each request, and the confirmation card shows which one it is going to use.
- Social media with your automations: a scheduled post can be delivered to your Make, Zapier or n8n scenario so that it publishes it wherever necessary.
- Connect with Holded from the chat for administrators: look up and create things in Holded by talking to the assistant, always with confirmation before changing anything.
You may know it from: Zapier, Make, n8n.
Also this week
- CRM: notes on a record support multiple lines.
- Tasks: boards can be deleted from their menu, and an invitation link opened without a session takes you to log in and returns to the board.
- Companies: creating a company twice due to a double-click, or with a NIF you already have, no longer generates duplicates.
- Knowledge Base: documents that are not in any folder can also be selected when narrowing down the chat search.
- Projects: the instruction box of a project can be expanded.
- Modules: windows have a thin scrollbar with the theme colours, also in dark mode.
How we work
Almost everything you see here comes from a specific request from a client. Each request is handled by a person, who configures the client's account within the NAiOS framework and, when the improvement is useful for more companies, incorporates it into the platform. Each client's data does not leave their account. If you miss anything, let us know through Support.
