Description
Despacho is the module for professionals (lawyers, economists, insolvency administrators) who handle many matters for many clients. Each case file brings together parties and opposing parties, documents, its activity log and its deadlines. The business-day engine (configurable public holidays, August as a non-business month, extension to the first business day) calculates each deadline and PROPOSES it with the calculation broken down. A person always confirms it, and only then does it send alerts one week and one day ahead. When you open a case file, the conflict-of-interest check warns if the opposing party is already a client (or vice versa) without revealing the details of the other matter. Sensitive case files can be restricted to specific people, so professional secrecy also applies within the team.
