Description
The office is the module for professionals — lawyers, economists, insolvency administrators — who handle many cases for many clients. Each file gathers parties and opponents, documents, its activity record, and deadlines: the business days engine (configurable holidays, August non-working, extension to the first working day) calculates each deadline and PROPOSES it with a detailed breakdown — it is always confirmed by a person, and only then does it notify one week and one day in advance. When opening a file, the conflict of interest check alerts if the opponent is already a client (or vice versa) without revealing the details of the other case. Sensitive files can be restricted to specific individuals: professional secrecy even within the team.

When opening a file, it cross-references clients and opponents against your entire portfolio: if there is a conflict, it blocks — and the justified override is recorded.
A sensitive file is restricted to specific individuals: the rest of the team cannot see it, neither in listings nor in conflicts.
Each collaborator in the office only sees their clients; notifications go to the person responsible for each case.

With the connection turned off — requires approval from the Ministry of Justice — the document is PREPARED and recorded, and you submit it in LexNET with your certificate; nothing is truly sent or received.
