Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Nature of the service

NAiOS is a subscription-based digital service provided by NETRETINA AI S.L. (Tax ID B21924543). Plans are contracted for monthly or yearly periods.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you contract as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date of contracting to withdraw without justification, under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Legal exception: if you request that the digital service starts during the withdrawal period and expressly consent to its execution, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed; if you withdraw during execution, you will pay the proportional part of the service already provided.

3. How to request a refund

Write to info@naios.net from your account email, indicating the plan and the contracting date.

4. Refund term and method

Applicable refunds are paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no extra cost.

5. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep access until that date and no further charges are made. Except as stated above, periods already started are non-refundable.
