This week, between Thursday 8 and Wednesday 14 October 2026, new versions of fifteen NAiOS modules have been released. Almost all of them were born from a support ticket: someone asked for something on Monday, had it in their account on Tuesday, and shortly after, as a module version, the rest of our customers had it too. This post explains what has changed, module by module, and along the way does something we are often asked to do: tell you what each part of NAiOS is similar to, because you probably already use almost everything here under another name.
That is why each block has three parts. What's new, in two sentences. It will sound familiar from, three programmes you probably know. And if you already use them: how NAiOS fits in with them, by connecting, importing what you have, or replacing them when you prefer to have everything in the same place.

ERP: invoicing, getting paid, and not chasing anyone
What's new. An issued invoice becomes a recurring service with a single click: each line is converted into a contract with its own frequency and day, and the ERP bills automatically. Payment reminders are sent without anyone having to write them: up to three stages of days after the due date, with the PDF attached and a text you can customise; any customer who does not want to receive them can be flagged in their file. Customer-specific rates have also arrived: price lists with a general discount or a specific price per item, special prices in the customer file, and every quote is created with the rate that applies to it. Plus: customer assets from the signed quote, line-by-line margins that do not appear on the PDF, actually knowing if the customer opened the document (email scanners no longer count), multiple status filters, legal text at the footer of all PDFs, and intra-community customers with their corresponding mention.
It will sound familiar from Holded, Sage 50 and Odoo.
If you already use them. Your catalogue and customers can be imported via Excel; your accountant's journal is imported from a3, ContaPlus or Sage; and whatever you generate here can be exported in CSV or ContaPlus format so your accounting firm can continue with their programme. If what you want is to stop paying for three different things, the ERP, Accounting and Treasury modules in NAiOS are the same data viewed from three different places.
Accounting: the book that reads like a book
What's new. The Journal has two views: «Journal entries» («Asientos»), one row per journal entry, and «Entry lines» («Apuntes»), the journal line by line with sub-account, account name, concept, Debit and Credit, just like an accountant reads it in their traditional programme. The Ledger has gained its own page: you choose customers, suppliers, banks or expenses, click on the sub-account and see the opening balance, running balance and totals, with its PDF. A search engine finds journal entries by customer or supplier name, by concept, document or sub-account. And the quarter's VAT is settled with a button: the preview shows output VAT, input VAT and the result, and proposes the journal entry against account 4750 or 4700. Journal and ledger in PDF, classic format, for your accounting firm or an audit.

It will sound familiar from a3, Sage 50 and ContaPlus.
If you already use them. The fundamental difference is that here, the accounting writes itself: every invoice, every expense and every reconciled payment generates its own journal entry, proposed for you to review. If your accountant works with one of those programmes, you can export the journal in their format or import theirs to keep both books balanced. If you prefer them to work directly here, you can invite them to your company with accountant permissions.

Treasury: the bank, entry line by entry line, and the Spanish tax agency (AEAT)
What's new. Any statement transaction without an invoice behind it (a commission, a generic transfer, a receipt) is booked directly from the transaction itself: you click «Post» («Contabilizar»), it proposes the offsetting entry based on the name of the payer or beneficiary, and the journal entry is made with account 572 for that bank. Charges from the Spanish tax agency (AEAT) are handled separately: Treasury recognises that it is AEAT and asks you for the form (form 303 (modelo 303), 111, 130, 202…); when you select it, it sets the correct sub-account, concept and document, so that no one ever registers a tax as an expense again.

It will sound familiar from bank reconciliation in Holded, Quipu and Agicap.
If you already use them. Treasury reads the Norma 43 statement exported by any Spanish bank, or a CSV or Excel file from your card, and also connects to your bank to retrieve transactions automatically. It does not pay or transfer anything: it reads, suggests matches with your invoices and expenses, and you confirm.
Signature: fields on the PDF
What's new. When sending a document to be signed, you place the fields directly onto the PDF by dragging and dropping: text, IBAN, date, number, email, checkbox and signature, each assigned to a signer. The signer fills them in on the spot and receives a completed copy with the signature stamp in each box; the audit trail links the fingerprint of that document. The signer's NIF is recorded in the audit trail and, in the ERP, a signed quote includes the block «Electronically signed by…» («Firmado electrónicamente por…») with the verification link.

It will sound familiar from Signaturit, DocuSign and Adobe Sign.
If you already use them. Here, the signature is included in your plan and is requested by the other modules: the ERP sends the quote to be signed using the «Send to sign» («Enviar a firmar») button, and the signer does not need an account. Any PDF you already have can be uploaded and signed in the same way.
Mail: attachments open right where they are
What's new. Attachments open in a viewer inside NAiOS without downloading them: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, and CSV as a table. HTML files are displayed in a sandbox without scripts or network access, and are only activated if you request it. When replying, you always see To, Cc and Bcc, with recipient cards that warn you if an address is incorrect or if you are writing to a sender that does not accept replies. The inbox remembers which account you were in.
It will sound familiar from Gmail, Outlook and Thunderbird.
If you already use them. NAiOS Mail connects to your Google or Microsoft 365 mailbox, or to any IMAP account, and reads it from within the platform. The advantage is not the email client itself: it is that your email is right alongside everything else. An email from a customer can be turned into a support ticket with a single click, its attachments open in the same viewer used by Talk and Support, and the reply templates are your company's own.
Talk and Agents: the companion that sees and listens
What's new. An agent mentioned in a Talk group can now look at an image (a screenshot, a scanned invoice), transcribe a voice note, and reply with its own voice note that arrives with its transcription already attached. While it works, the group can see which step it is on («drafting the document in Office, 3 of 12» / «redactando el documento en Office, 3 de 12») and, if something fails, they receive the reason instead of silence. Agents with access to many modules only see the tools that match their task, and if they are missing one, they search for it. Links to created documents open in their respective module.

It will sound familiar from Slack and Microsoft Teams, for Talk; Zapier, Make and n8n, for Agents.
If you already use them. Agents connect to over a thousand applications through Connectors (Google Drive and Calendar, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Stripe…), so a NAiOS agent can read and write to what you already have. And Talk is the team chat with the AI sitting inside the group, with the company's Knowledge Base linked: it does not replace WhatsApp for communicating with customers, it replaces "does anyone know where the contract is?".
How NAiOS agents work: capabilities and security
These days, there is a lot of talk about AI agentsAI AgentsSystems that execute multi-step tasks without constant supervision doing things that nobody asked them to do. It is worth explaining what NAiOS agents are like, because they are designed the other way around: an agent cannot do anything you have not authorised, and anything that changes something externally waits for a person to approve it.
A NAiOS agent is a profile with three things: instructions in plain language (what it has to do and how), tools, and sources. You can write it by hand or describe it in a sentence and let «Configure with AI» («Configurar con IA») propose the complete profile for you to review. It runs when you launch it, on a schedule, or when mentioned in a Talk group. What it can do: read your documents from the Knowledge Base, query and write to NAiOS modules (ERP, Support, Office, Social, Mail…), use your connected services (Gmail, Drive, HubSpot and over a thousand applications), view images and transcribe voice notes, remember context between runs, and delegate to other specialised agents with a limited scope.
And the rules that keep it in check:
- Everything denied by default. A new agent has no tools. You grant them one by one, and media tools (viewing images, listening to audio) are also turned off until you activate them.
- Reading is fine, acting requires permission. Reading tools run automatically; those that change something externally (sending an email, posting on social media, writing to a connected service) wait for your explicit approval. If the agent works from a Talk group, the request appears as a card in the group and only its owner can approve it. Some actions always require a human, even if you have set auto-approval to «all» («todo»): opening a Support ticket is one of them.
- Budget and steps. Each run has a limit on tokens and steps. A run that makes no progress stops automatically due to the heartbeat monitor, and media runs also have limits on calls and size. The cost is charged to the agent's owner.
- Everything is logged. Each run has a timeline that can be reviewed: what it planned, what tool it used, what it saw, how much it consumed and, as of this week, how many tools it had in front of how many. If it ends badly, the group receives the reason and the last completed step.
- Sharing without handing over the keys. An agent is shared with view, run or edit permissions. Whoever uses it does not access your connected accounts: they use the agent, not your credentials.
- It can be turned off. Any agent can be paused with a switch, either its own or the platform administrator's, and stops running immediately.
We explain this in more detail in the agent multiplies what you already know, and also what you don't know, and the module page is at Agents.
Knowledge Base: company documents
What's new. The company folder works as a repository: anyone with permission can create subfolders, the original file is preserved (with a separate quota for the company) and opens in the viewer from the file. The «Documents» («Documentos») tab in the Company file summarises folders, space and recent uploads, and Legal stores its files there. When uploading a document to your personal space, you can tick «Keep the original» («Conservar el original») and download it later.
It will sound familiar from Google Drive, SharePoint and Notion.
If you already use them. The Knowledge Base is not just a hard drive: it is what the chat and agents read when you ask them questions. Any document, PDF, image or audio you upload is indexed, and the chat cites where it gets each answer from. The team can continue saving whatever they want in Drive or SharePoint; what the AI has to know about your company—contracts, rates, procedures—is uploaded here and organised into folders, along with their originals.
Forms: with your colour and logo, and with files
What's new. Each form has its own appearance: theme, main colour and logo, which style the public page and the thank-you page. And a «File» («Archivo») field: the respondent can attach documents or images, up to five per field, with downloads restricted to the owner and collaborators.

It will sound familiar from Google Forms, Typeform and Jotform.
If you already use them. A NAiOS form is published with a public link, just like those, and the responses reach you by email and remain inside, along with their files, to be exported in CSV or read in the viewer. And the assistant will build it for you if you describe what you want to ask, including the file field.
Social: carousel on Instagram
What's new. A post can contain up to ten images: on Instagram it is published as a carousel, on LinkedIn all of them are included, and on other networks only the first one is shown, with a warning in the preview. Facebook pages are selected when linking the account.
It will sound familiar from Metricool, Hootsuite and Buffer.
If you already use them. Social publishes to your Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts through Connectors, complete with a calendar and preview. What changes is the source: the text and images come from the very same chat where you prepare everything else.
Support: the ticket is born from the chat
What's new. From any chat conversation, a ticket can be opened with an AI-generated summary (the problem, what has been tried, what the user expects) and the conversation below. The team can pause registrations for a specific user, and the AI triage can be configured in three modes from the panel. Attachments use the same viewer as Mail and Talk.
It will sound familiar from Zendesk, Freshdesk and HubSpot Service.
If you already use them. NAiOS Support is what we use ourselves with our customers: every module on this list came from a ticket opened there. If your company serves customers, you have it included, with a user portal, a team inbox, and creation from email or chat.
GIS: the map, in the field and by satellite
What's new. The module we introduced on Saturday has continued to grow: KML and KMZ from Google Earth with their folders and colours, elevation profiles for routes, 3D views saved with links, projects shared with specific people, and, for livestock farming, paddocks and water sources with hectares, stocking rate and satellite-estimated pasture with Sentinel-2.
It will sound familiar from Google Earth, QGIS and ArcGIS Online.
If you already use them. Whatever Google Earth exports opens here as is, and the administration's shapefile zip does too. GIS does not want to be a desktop GIS: it wants the map you were sent to open in a minute, to be read by the chat as just another attachment, and to be viewed by someone who doesn't even know what a projection is.
Also this week
- Galician. The entire platform, modules and website are available in Galician, alongside Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Portuguese and German.
- Chat. A checkbox in settings, «Artifacts only if I ask for them» («Artefactos solo si los pido»), for those who prefer the assistant to reply in text unless they ask for a document. And module tabs show a preloader with the module's name while loading.
- Office. «Save to Office» («Guardar en Office») from any document generated by the chat, to continue editing it there.
- Security. Up-to-date dependencies and an application firewall on the platform.
How we work
Every ticket is handled manually and in a highly personalised way. A member of our team reads it, understands that company's specific case, and configures their NAiOS account to resolve it, always within the NAiOS framework: its core, its modules, and our internal working guide, which defines how each change is built, tested and documented. What starts as a specific case becomes a module version, passes its tests, and becomes available to all customers with its updated guide; and we reply to the ticket explaining what changed and where it is. No company's data ever leaves their account: not for building, not for testing, and not to talk about it here.
If you use any of the programmes we have mentioned and want to know how NAiOS fits in with them, open a ticket or write to us: we reply with the procedure, not with a demo.
What NAiOS is
NAiOS is a software platform for SMEs with artificial intelligence built in: a chat that knows your company and a catalogue of modules that cover what a business needs every day, invoicing and accounting, treasury, signature, mail, team chat, support, forms, social networks, maps, and that talk to each other because they share the same data. It's used in the browser, contracted through plans with modules included, and each account is configured to fit the company. We explain it calmly in NAiOS, explained today, and the full catalogue is at Modules.
