naios-sgav0.1.0Multi-warehouse inventory control over your ERP: entries with cost, transfers, inventory counts with report and stock valuation — a single truth, the movement log
Description
NAiOS Warehouse elevates the stock book that your ERP already has: movements remain the only truth (stock is never edited manually — correcting is a movement with reason and actor), and warehouses appear on top. Entries by reception with their cost and supplier, transfers between warehouses, adjustments with reason, and stock by product and warehouse visible where needed — also in the ERP catalog and in the POS. Inventory counts generate their report of differences (who, when, what was mismatched), the initial inventory is just another count, and the valuation at weighted average cost tells you what the stock is worth — honestly: units with unknown cost are stated, not invented as zero. Designed to grow: the data model is already prepared for locations, batches, and directed warehouse operations (WMS) when your business demands it.
Features (5)
Multiple warehouses over the same ERP catalog: stock by warehouse and total, always balanced — because they come from the same book
Goods receptions with supplier and unit cost; if there are associated ERP expenses, they are referenced
Moving stock between warehouses involves two linked movements: the total product does not change by a decimal
Complete or cyclical inventory against reality: differences generate movements and a report of who, when, and what was mismatched
Valuation at weighted average cost exportable to Office sheet — and units with unknown cost are stated, not invented
Changelog
- F0: multi-warehouse over the ERP movement log (added warehouse_id, NULL = main: nothing existing changes)
- Entries by reception with cost and supplier, adjustments with reason and transfers between warehouses (two linked movements, total invariant)
- Stock by product × warehouse in the module and link from the ERP catalog
- F1: inventory counts as a task (complete and cyclical) with report of differences and bell; initial inventory as normal count; low stock panel
- F2: valuation at weighted average cost with export to Office sheet and CSV (units with unknown cost are stated, not invented), filterable book history and read-only sga_* tools
- F3: informative locations by warehouse, batch, and expiration in entries with alert monitor, and the POS box points to its warehouse (sale deducts from it and cancellation replenishes there)
- F4: mobile-first operator mode (/operator) — assignable counts with bell and Web Push, 'assignment enables' (a member with view only counts and closes THEIR task), and scanner with mobile camera (EAN in the ERP catalog, with SKU and backup keyboard)
