In 30 seconds. NAiOS is a multi-model AI chat that includes, under the same account, the suites that a company pays for separately: office tools, email, meetings, internal chat, calendar, tasks, customers, invoicing, accounting, treasury, warehouse, e-signature, legal, people, campaigns, social media, WhatsApp support, training and support. Plus a layer of agents and skills that works with a person in front. More than fifty modules for a fee per user, with new ones included. This is what is available today, sector by sector.
2026: the subscription stack no longer holds up
Do the maths in your company. Office tools. Email. Video calls. Internal chat. Calendar or bookings. Task board. CRM. Invoicing. Accounting or an accounting and tax advisory firm. E-signature. Campaigns. Social media. And, for the last two years, one or more subscriptions to AI assistants that can't see any of the above.
Each tool is good. The problem is the stack: company data scattered across ten places, each person with ten logins, and AI, which could be what brings it all together, in a separate tab where you copy and paste. In 2026, the question is no longer "which AI do I hire", but "where does my team work so that the AI works with them".
NAiOS in a sentence
An AI chat that is, at the same time, the system where the company works. The chat talks to several models (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok...), generates text, image, video, music and voice, and has day-to-day tools right next to it on the same platform. Not connected from the outside: built inside. That is why we talk about native suites.

Three layers, one account
- The chat. Multi-model, with files, vision and web search; projects that remember the context of each topic; your own knowledge base where AI searches through your documents; artifacts, i.e. applications and documents born from a conversation and shared with a link.
- The native suites. More than fifty modules in families that closely resemble the subscription stack. Each one is a complete program, with its own screen, data and permissions, and each one exposes its functions to the chat as tools: you ask for an invoice to be claimed and the AI looks at the actual invoice in the ERP.
- What connects to the outside. OAuth connectors to Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar or Notion, MCPModel Context Protocol (MCP)Standard protocol for models to connect with external tools servers, a WordPress site manager and, on demand, a tunnel to reach services living on a company server and a backup reader for SAP Business One. Nobody changes everything at once.
What you pay for separately and what covers it in NAiOS
On the left, the subscription an SME usually has. On the right, the module that covers that use and what you gain by being inside. We say ‘covers daily use’ on purpose: we do not promise all the advanced features of a tool with twenty years on the market; we promise that what most people do with it every day is done here, with AI inside and company data right alongside it.

And modules that do not replace anything because they did not exist before: Gestoría, Despacho, Client Portal, Hotel, Trust (trust centre and ISO 42001 and 27001 management system), Voz, Importar sitio web.
Why "native" changes the result
There are products that integrate tools externally: a dashboard that opens each application in its own window and an assistant that, with luck, reads a few of them. When suites are native, data is shared and the AI shares the tools. You upload the bank statement to Tesorería, the system suggests which invoice matches each transaction, you confirm, Contabilidad generates the entry, and the ERP marks the invoice as paid. Nobody has copied anything between three programs.

Use cases by sector
What follows is not a catalogue: these are combinations already in use or in pilot. Each sector starts with one module and pulls in the rest.
Accounting and tax advisory. The advisor sees their portfolio of client companies with traffic lights and a tax calendar that generates tasks for each deadline (Gestoría). The client uploads documentation through their Portal, with no lost emails or WhatsApp messages. Client invoices enter the ERP from the PDF, Tesorería reconciles the bank, and Contabilidad writes the journal; if the client was already using another program, the history and journal are imported as they are. What used to be three licences and an overloaded inbox is now a workflow with one person confirming.
Professional and legal firms. Case files with parties and opposing parties, deadlines and billing (Despacho). Contracts and NDAs with templates, variables and lifecycles (Legal), signed with an envelope, email code and evidence log (Firma). Client meetings in Meet, with minutes already prepared. And a "review a document" skill that the chat applies every time someone pastes a received contract.
Retail and hospitality. The touchscreen POS sells over the counter and each receipt is generated as a simplified invoice with Verifactu (POS). Stock lives in Almacén SGA on the same ERP, with stocktakes and transfers. Campaigns to consented clients are sent from the inbox itself, and social media is scheduled from Social. The owner asks the chat "what did we sell yesterday by product family" and gets the answer with real data.
Hotels and tourism. The Hotel module puts real-time availability into the chat and WhatsApp: the agent checks vacancies, suggests rooms and prepares the booking. NAiOSOmni unifies WhatsApp, Telegram, email and the website widget into a single inbox with supervised auto-response. Reviews and customer service are handled in the company's tone of voice thanks to company skills.
Training and academies. A trainer publishes their academy with courses, voiceovers, exams and certificates (Academy); a company buys seat packages and their students work in a classroom with the course on one side and the AI on the other, which responds only with the course content (Classroom). Today it is used for the mandatory AI training required by Article 4 of the EU AI ActAI Act (EU AI Act)Regulation (EU) 2024/1689: the first comprehensive law on artificial intelligence, with obligations based on risk level, eligible for funding through the FUNDAE credit.
Professional services and agencies. CRM with pipeline and assignees, Calendar with a public booking link, Meet with minutes, proposals drafted by a skill in the company's format, the client's website managed from the WordPress module, and scheduled posts in Social. A team of five people manages twenty clients without switching applications.
Industry and distribution. Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices (ERP), multi-warehouse stock with cost (SGA), time tracking and absences (RRHH). If the company has been using SAP Business One for years, the SAP module, on demand, allows querying a copy of the ERP in natural language, and the tunnel connects the database or internal API hosted on the warehouse server.
Health, beauty and appointment-based services. Bookings with a public showcase, calendar by operator and confirmation (Bookly), reminders and customer service via WhatsApp (NAiOSOmni), client files in the CRM and invoicing with Verifactu. For multi-location centres, currently in pilot, a centres module built on the same database.
Software and product teams. Vibe Apps creates complete applications from a conversation and publishes them to their own address; NAiOS Code is an agentic terminal with access to the platform's models; Agents runs scheduled tasks with approval; Connectors and MCP open up more than a thousand services as tools. This is the sector where the AI subscription stack was most expensive, and the one reducing it the fastest.
AI that works, with a person in front
The layer that has grown the most this year is AI that doesn't just answer, but does. Agents runs long, scheduled tasks and asks for approval before any action with consequences. Habilidades are reusable instructions that the chat applies when needed: fifty-two built-in, those your company creates, and those you assign to an agent. Connectors opens up more than a thousand external services. Vibe Apps creates applications.
With one non-negotiable rule: actions affecting money, customers or reputation are confirmed by a person. It is working with the human in the loop, and it is also what the EU AI Act calls human oversightHuman oversightAn obligation under the EU AI Act for trained individuals to be able to understand, monitor, and intervene in an AI system. We explain this in how to turn your SME into a HITL company.
What NAiOS is not
It does not replace the spreadsheet with macros that a controller has spent ten years fine-tuningFine-TuningRetraining a model with specific data for a use case, nor the design software, nor a sector-specific ERP with twenty years of peculiarities. That is what the connectors, the tunnel and the SAP module are for: what already works is connected, not thrown away. Nor does it decide for you: it proposes, drafts, reconciles and prepares, and the final say rests with someone in the company.
And the modules are of different ages. Some have been in production for years with hundreds of users; others, like Habilidades, were released this week. Each catalogue entry has its version and guide, and each new module enters one platform first and then the rest.
How you pay
Per user and per month, with no subscriptions per module. The Basic user (90 euros a month) has the complete native chat and the management and productivity modules: ERP, CRM, Contabilidad, Office, Mail, Talk, Meet, Calendar, Tasks, Campañas, Academy and the rest of the table. The MAX user (195 euros a month) adds extended limits, projects with memory, shared inboxes and the exclusive modules: Agents, NAiOSOmni, Social, Vibe Apps, the meeting agent and NEXUS. New modules are included at no additional cost, and annual billing has a ten per cent discount. Companies that want their own instance, with their brand and domain, have the platform plans, with administration, support and backups included. Prices exclude VAT, on the plans page.
We don't show the sum of what each subscription costs separately: it depends on each company and changes every quarter. Do the maths with your own list. A Basic user includes, in a single fee, what usually amounts to between six and ten lines on that list.

Get started in four steps
- The chat. Upload your documents to the knowledge base and ask it. It's the use case that hooks you and doesn't require changing anything.
- A module that hurts. The invoice that takes too long to get paid, the minutes nobody writes, the campaign that doesn't launch. One module, one team, one month.
- Connect what you are not going to change. Your usual email, your calendar, your Slack. Let the AI see them even if they remain outside.
- Review the subscription list. Once the team is using it daily. This is usually when three or four get cancelled.
In summary
Today, NAiOS is a multi-model AI chat and, within the same account, the suites that a company pays for separately, plus a layer of agents, skills and connectors that works with a person in front of it. More than fifty modules for a per-user fee, with new ones included, and proven combinations for accounting and tax advisory firms, professional firms, retail, hotels, training, agencies, industry, appointment-based services and software teams. It is no small thing to explain.
