There is a question we hear more and more from trainers, consultancies and companies: "can you give us an AI course for a hundred people, under our brand, without every learner paying a subscription?". Until today the answer was "almost". In the coming weeks it becomes "yes", and it is called NAiOS Classroom.
Classroom turns NAiOS Academy into a white-label AI LMS with frontier modelsFrontier ModelsThe most advanced and powerful models at all times inside. It is not a video player with a chatbot bolted on: it is a classroom where every lesson is practised with the model the teacher chooses, metered and capped, and where whoever sells the course does so under their own name, domain and logo.
The classroom: course on one side, AI on the other
The learner's screen has two columns. On the left, the course: lessons, steps, "Done ✓", quizzes. On the right, a large chat with the AI. That chat is not a toy: it is the NAiOS engine itself, bound to the course instructions and material, with lesson memory and automatic exercise grading. Every lesson opens a fresh conversation, so the learner starts clean and cost does not balloon with history.
And here is what no single-vendor widget can offer: the teacher picks the model per lesson. GPT for the prompting lesson, Claude for long-form writing, Gemini for document analysis, or all three in the same lesson so the learner can compare. A "ChatGPT course" is practised against GPT models; an "AI course" against all of them. Lessons about a specific tool's interface are handled as external exercises: video, "do it in your own account", mark as done.
Seat packs: the canned course, no subscriptions
What the market asks for is a closed product: one course, a hundred seats, one price. Classroom calls it a pack. Each pack carries the course (or several), a number of seats, a pool of AI credits for the whole group, an expiry date and a brand. Learners pay nothing and enter no card: the client buys the seats once, AI usage is included, with a per-person cap so there are never surprises.
Onboarding a hundred people cannot be manual. A pack fills in three ways: an access code the client shares on its intranet; a list pasted or uploaded from Excel, with a preview before sending and automatic reminders for those who have not logged in; or individual enrolment for stragglers. A seat is consumed when the learner enters, not when invited, and access is by link, with no passwords to forget.
Real white-label, and a role for whoever sells
In NAiOS every academy is a tenant with its own brand, colours and domain. Classroom takes that all the way: the classroom, the invitation emails and the certificate carry the partner's brand. A learner at "ACME Academy" sees ACME, not NAiOS.
For resellers we added a dedicated role, partner: they see the courses they sell, their learners and progress, manage invitations and codes, and issue or revoke certificates. Without touching the course content, which stays with the author and reaches them licensed by reference: when the author improves a lesson, every partner receives it. Certificates can be automatic, on the learner's request, or only when the partner approves, which is what companies usually need.
For partners: a product you can sell today
Classroom is born as a channel product. If you are a consultancy, trainer, integrator or agency, the NAiOS Partners programme gives you the academy under your brand, licensed courses, the partner role and the panel to follow your packs: seats used, activation, progress, certificates and credits consumed. We provide the platform, the frontier models and the master courses; you provide the client relationship.
What we are cooking, in order: the classroom on top of the AI practice Academy already ships, per-course quotas, packs with bulk enrolment, course licensing between academies, the partner role with on-request certificates, and finally the option to embed the course entrance on your own website. If you want to be among the first partners to open a classroom, write to us from the partners page: the first pack already has a customer.
