NAiOS Calendar is the new calendar module of NAiOS: month and week view, events and blocks, real repetitions ("every Monday," "the first Friday of the month," "every two weeks") with exceptions when a week changes the plan, and everything in your time zone — with time changes well resolved, which is where most homemade calendars fail.

- Repetitions with exceptions: the series repeats itself; if a specific day changes or is canceled, you only touch that day.

You can share your calendar with anyone you want and decide how much each person sees. A colleague with full permission sees the details; another only sees "Busy" — they know you’re not free, they don’t know why. Coordination without giving up privacy.
Appointments that reserve themselves
Calendar also knows how to cater to outsiders: define your types of appointment and your availability, share a public link, and let clients or candidates choose a slot. The system only offers truly free slots — it crosses your agenda, your blocks, and even your connected external calendar — and two people cannot book the same slot even if they click at the same time. Each reservation remains in your agenda, with confirmation by email and a standard calendar invitation that works in any program.
Is the appointment by video call? One click and the NAiOS Meet room is created automatically, with the link in the invitation.
And AI, as always in NAiOS, inside
Tell the chat "schedule a meeting with Marta on Thursday at 10" and the event appears. Ask it "what do I have next week?" and it tells you. Your NAiOS agents can check your availability before proposing a time to a client.
The calendar stops being a place to jot things down and becomes something you can talk about.And if you use NAiOS Tasks, your deadline cards appear as a layer over the calendar: work and time, finally in the same view.
