NAiOS Tesorería: your company cash under control

Upload your statement or connect your bank: NAiOS proposes every match against your invoices, you confirm, and the payment lands in the ERP. With a 30/60/90-day forecast built on your customers real delays.

Ask anyone who runs a business which admin task steals the most Sunday afternoons and the answer keeps coming back: bank reconciliation. Download the statement, open it next to your invoices, match payments one by one, chase that transfer that fits nothing… The curious thing is that not even the most expensive treasury systems on the market truly solve it: they connect to the bank, yes, but the data stays in their silo, far from the ERP where your invoices live. NAiOS Tesorería was born to close exactly that gap: the bank movement comes in, gets matched against your NAiOS ERP invoices and expenses, and when you confirm, the payment is recorded where it belongs. The circle, actually closed.

The statement that reconciles itself

The starting point could not be simpler: upload your bank statement. Tesorería reads Norma 43 (the AEB format every Spanish online bank exports) and also generic CSV files for foreign banks or odd exports. Movements come in with duplicate detection: upload the same file twice, or overlapping statements, and nothing gets duplicated.

Proposals, not magic

With the movements in, you hit Propose matches and the engine does the dirty work: it looks for invoice numbers in the concept, matches exact amounts, recognises the customer name in the transfer, detects remittances (one credit grouping several invoices from the same customer) and partial payments. Every proposal arrives with a plain-language explanation —“invoice no. FA-2026-0042 found in the concept”— and a confidence score. Here nothing matches itself: you see the card, understand the why, and decide.

One click and the payment exists in the ERP

When you apply a proposal, the payment (or the expense settlement) is created in NAiOS ERP with full traceability: the invoice turns paid when complete, the expense gets marked, and the bank movement ends up reconciled with a link to its payment. If something fails halfway —it happens, systems fail— the state stays visible and repairable with one button, never in a silent limbo.

Automatic bank connection — if you want it

Uploading the statement by hand is already life-changing. But Tesorería can also fetch it alone: the PSD2 bank connection syncs your accounts every few hours. And it is built around a very specific idea of who is in charge:

  • Your credentials, your contract. The business owner opens their own account with the aggregator (GoCardless for most; Arcopay/Afterbanks for those working with Minsait) and enters their keys in the settings. No shared platform keys.
  • Read-only, always. NAiOS never initiates payments or transfers. You authenticate at YOUR bank with your second factor, and only the consent identifier and its expiry date are stored here.
  • Expiry with a heads-up. PSD2 consents expire by law every few months; when it happens, the bell rings with a “reconnect in two clicks” —and meanwhile the manual statement keeps working as always.

Your cash at 30, 60 and 90 days — with measured, not estimated, late payment

Reconciling is half the value. The other half is what the reconciled data tells you. The Forecast tab projects your cash position at 30/60/90 days with what is actually there: outstanding invoices by due date, unpaid expenses, and the recurring charges it detects in your own statement (that software, that electricity bill, that rent repeating every month).

And here comes what almost nobody does: the forecast has a second line, “with your customers’ real delays”. Because Tesorería knows when each invoice was due and when the money actually arrived, it measures each customer’s average delay —it does not estimate it, it measures it— and shows you the cash you will have if everyone pays the way they usually pay. That customer who is always 25 days late stops being an end-of-month surprise.

A copilot that knows your cash

Like the rest of the NAiOS modules, you get an AI copilotAI CopilotAI Assistant integrated into work tools at your side. Ask in your own words and it answers with your real numbers:

  • “How is my position and what does the 90-day forecast look like?”
  • “What is left to reconcile?”
  • “Which customers actually pay late?”
  • “Prepare the reminders for overdue invoices”

That last one deserves a note: when the copilot proposes an action, it does not act. Overdue reminders become email drafts in NAiOS Mail that you review and send. And if the deterministic engine falls short on some convoluted movement, the Propose with AI button hands the case to artificial intelligence —with a safety net: every suggestion is validated against your real data, and whatever does not add up is discarded before you ever see it.

If you work with an advisory firm (or you are one)

The client’s treasury shows up directly in their NAiOS Gestoría file: bank position, date of the last statement and how much remains unreconciled. The advisor sees at a glance whether the client is up to date before preparing the quarter —without asking for bank screenshots, and without being able to touch their keys or accounts: the bank connection always belongs to the owner.

It fits everything you already have

Like every module on the platform, Tesorería does not live in isolation: it leans on NAiOS ERP invoices and expenses, exports the reconciled month to a NAiOS Office spreadsheet in one click, leaves reminders as drafts in NAiOS Mail, and its data feeds the 360 view in NAiOS CRM through the payment history. All inside the same chat.

Three ways to use it

The distributor with remittances

Marta invoices forty shops and collects by remittance: every Monday one fat credit groups twelve invoices. It used to be half a morning with a spreadsheet. Now she uploads the statement, the engine recognises the remittance and proposes the customer’s twelve invoices, amounts squared to the cent. She reviews the list, applies, and all twelve are collected in the ERP with their trace.

The freelancer who hates the bank

Jordi invoices little but varied, and there is always a transfer he cannot place. He connected his bank once (two minutes, with his own aggregator account) and now the movements come in on their own. Every Friday he opens Tesorería, applies the week’s three or four proposals and asks the copilot how the month is going. Bookkeeping stopped being a junk drawer.

The advisory firm closing quarters

Nuria’s firm manages thirty companies on NAiOS. Before each closing, every client’s file already tells her whether treasury is up to date or twenty movements remain unreconciled. One message via NAiOS Mail to the laggard client —draft prepared by the copilot— and the quarter closes without the classic chasing week.

Security and clear limits

  • Read-only banking. NAiOS does not initiate payments, transfers or remittances. Ever.
  • Nothing matches itself. The engine and the AI propose; you confirm. With money, that pause is not a detail: it is the product.
  • Encrypted keys. Aggregator credentials are stored encrypted and only work for your company; they are never displayed or shared.
  • Your bank credentials never pass through NAiOS. Access is authorised at your own bank with your second factor.

Getting started takes five minutes

Open the Tesorería module, pick your ERP company, download the statement from your online banking (Norma 43) and upload it. Hit Propose matches and look at what comes out: the first time is usually the “oh, it was this easy” moment. When you are ready, connect the bank and let the statement come in by itself.

NAiOS Tesorería is available today at chat.naios.net. If you do not know the platform yet, start with why NAiOS is the optimal solution for your business: treasury is the final piece of a system where everything —invoices, customers, calendar, team— lives in the same place and speaks the same language. Yours.
