CRM
naios-crmv0.8.5Customers, sales pipeline and sales follow-up with a copilot: the master file of your business, with the 360 record that brings together everything that happens with each customer in NAiOS
Description
NAiOS CRM: contacts and companies with custom fields, an opportunity pipeline with drag and drop, follow-up with reminders, and a sales copilot that summarizes accounts, prepares meetings and logs activities for you. Its unique feature is the 360 record: a customer's WhatsApp messages, tickets, bookings, forms and invoices, together, with no setup, because everything lives on the same platform. From 0.2: import customers from Excel, Office or Knowledge with preview, group them with tags and segments, and record each customer's consent. That is what enables (or blocks) sequences and campaigns.
Features (10)
Home page with key figures, pipeline and activity charts, quick actions, and what needs attention today
The master customer file, with custom fields and search by name, email or phone
Column mapping, inferred custom fields, no duplicates, and a preview before you confirm; reversible
Group customers with tags and save segments by lifecycle stage, consent, province or any field: counts update live and feed Campaigns
You declare the legal basis for contacting someone (explicit, customer, professional one-to-one, or none); the platform records it and decides which channel opens. “Do not contact” always wins
Opportunities on a kanban board with configurable stages, amounts, probability and forecast per column
Next steps with reminders via bell and mobile, and the “My day” view with what's due today
WhatsApp messages, Support tickets, bookings, forms, invoices and now each customer's email, in a single timeline
Account summaries before a meeting, activities logged for you, and answers about your portfolio
Share the workspace with per-person permissions: view, edit or manage
Changelog
- Chat (#210): creating a contact, company or opportunity from the chat now goes to the workspace you opened the CRM with (starred or active company), not the first one in your list; the reply says which workspace it was saved to.
