Description

The point-of-sale module that was missing, so the counter runs inside NAiOS. Touch catalog with thumbnails built on your ERP products (same catalog, same numbering, same invoicing chain). Tickets are simplified invoices (F2) with chained invoicing records and an AEAT verification QR on every ticket. Accepts cash with a change calculator or card through your card terminal, and the payment is recorded in the ERP immediately. Shifts per employee with opening cash float, shift switching from the header, and Z close with cash count reconciliation. Each sale deducts stock if the product tracks it, and voiding a ticket restores it. Multi-company: each register belongs to a company in the ERP and inherits its permissions.

Touch catalog with thumbnails

Your ERP products in a finger-friendly grid, with an emoji per series category and your own photo if you upload one. Search and categories are always one tap away.

VeriFactu tickets included

Every sale is an F2 simplified invoice in the ERP: its own POS series numbering, chained invoicing records, and an AEAT verification QR printed on the ticket.

Fast checkout with change

Cash with a keypad and change calculation, or card through your card terminal. The payment is recorded in the ERP instantly.

Shifts per employee

Open the register with a cash float, switch shifts from the header, and every ticket is signed by the person who sold it.

Z close with cash count

On closing, you get a summary by payment method and the difference between counted and expected cash. Discrepancies are visible, not hidden.

Activity per register: under Manage → Cash registers, administrators choose the activity (IAE code from the ERP) for each register. Its sales are classified under it (reports, books, and quarter by ERP activity). If nothing is chosen, the company's main activity applies, as before. The register's series does not change.
Items sold before the activity was assigned are reclassified in the ERP (Documents → filter by register series → select → Assign activity).

Variants: an item with size/color is a single card (showing the number of variants and the 'from' price). Tapping it lets you choose the combination using attribute chips, with stock per combination and sold-out ones dimmed.
Searching by a variant's SKU or EAN (or scanning it) adds it to the ticket directly. The emoji, favorite, and parent photo apply to its variants.

A parent item with variants (ERP 0.12.0) does not appear in the grid: its variants are sold instead (the size/color selector arrives in 0.3.0).

POS categories are now the ERP families (a single master). The first time, they migrate automatically, with emoji and classification for each item. Creating or editing a category in the POS creates or edits it in the ERP.
Chips for families and subfamilies (a second row when you choose a family that has subfamilies). Custom emoji, favorite, and item image remain POS-only.

The ERP catalog is visible even if the company doesn't have a register yet, with a notice to create one on top (before, the grid hid everything and it looked like there were no products).
