NAiOS POS
naios-posv0.1.0Touch POS on your ERP: sell at the counter, the ticket is generated as a simplified invoice with linked VeriFactu registration and verification QR code, and the cash closing balances at the end of the day
Description
The point of sale that was missing for the counter to live within NAiOS. Touch catalog with thumbnails of the products from your ERP (same catalog, same numbering, same invoicing chain), tickets as simplified invoice F2 with linked invoicing registration and AEAT verification QR code on each ticket, cash payment with change calculation or card with card reader, shifts by employee with cash drawer opening and Z closure with reconciliation. Each sale deducts stock if the product is managed, and canceling a ticket restores it. Multi-company: each register belongs to a company in the ERP and inherits its permissions.
Features (5)
Your ERP products in a finger grid, with emoji by category and your own photo if uploaded — search and categories always one touch away
Each sale is a simplified invoice F2 from the ERP: own POS series numbering, linked invoicing registration, and AEAT verification QR code printed on the ticket
Cash with keyboard and change calculation, or card with your card reader — payment is instantly recorded in the ERP
Cash drawer opening with funds, shift change from the header, and each ticket signed by the seller
Upon closing, the summary by payment method and the difference between counted and expected cash — discrepancies are visible, not hidden
