Description
NAiOS Gestoría is the module of the professional office that manages N companies. The portfolio aggregates your clients with their traffic light (overdue and upcoming submissions, pending collections from the ERP if invited); the tax calendar knows each client's profile (303, 130, 111, 115, 347, 390, 200; quarterly or monthly) and generates the necessary submissions for each period, with alerts and receipt filing; and the labor bridge closes the monthly cycle: variations (hires, terminations, absences, hours) come automatically from each client's HR, and the payroll batch in PDF is returned distributed to each employee with acknowledgment. Nothing is submitted electronically from here: NAiOS organizes, you present.

- AEAT stage B: generator of the official POSICIONAL file by model (303/130/111/115) for real electronic submission — the submission uses this format, the manual download continues with the self-descriptive BETA.
- The design of positions is versioned data by fiscal year (layout_verified=false until matched with the headquarters in simulation): the circuit is ready, the real activation awaits certification + acceptance in tests.
- AEAT stage B (BETA, staggered gate): social collaborator certificate by office in the encrypted vault, electronic submission with explicit confirmation field by field, and append-only record of each attempt (who confirmed, which fields, what the headquarters responded).
- Mode off→test→production: production only opens with an ACCEPTED submission in test — and in production, acceptance automatically marks the filing as submitted with its CSV.
- The headquarters endpoint starts empty: until validating the circuit in tests with real certification, the submission responds honestly 'not configured'.
- Informed payroll (stage 1): imports by CSV the resulting amounts from your labor software (dni;bruto;neto;ss_empresa;irpf) and each published payroll of the client gains its figures.
- The company's cost for the month appears in the client's labor row and in their portfolio file — alongside the ERP and treasury.
- Still not calculating any payroll: the amounts are REPORTED, your labor software sends.
- AEAT stage A: fields of models 303, 130, and 111 calculated from the client's ERP (membership re-validated; 115 and clients without ERP: manually), reviewable and editable on screen.
- Downloadable submission file by model/period (BETA: validate it at the headquarters in simulation mode the first use of each model) — nothing is submitted from here: you upload it with your certificate.
- Honesty by design: the 111 only covers withholdings to professionals from the ERP (payrolls live outside and it states so); VAT rates outside the field alert, do not invent.
- F0: office with invited employees and ASSIGNABLE clients by employee.
- Portfolio with traffic light: overdue/upcoming by client + pending collection and quarter from the ERP (membership re-validated ALWAYS).
- Tax calendar: pure engine of periods/limits AEAT + idempotent generator + alerts D-7/D-1.
- Submissions: pending → prepared → presented with attached receipt.
- Labor bridge M2: monthly variations from NAiOS HR and payroll batch with matching by DNI.
