Description

NAiOS Gestoría is the professional firm module that manages N companies. The portfolio consolidates your clients with their traffic-light status (overdue and upcoming filings, pending collections from the ERP if they have invited you). The tax calendar knows each client's profile (303, 130, 111, 115, 347, 390, 200; quarterly or monthly) and generates the filings due for each period, with reminders and archiving of the receipt. The labor bridge closes the monthly cycle: changes (hires, terminations, absences, hours) arrive automatically from each client's HR, and the payroll batch in PDF comes back split to each employee with acknowledgment. Nothing is filed electronically from here: NAiOS organizes, you file.

The position layout is versioned data per fiscal year (layout_verified=false until checked against the tax agency site in simulation). The circuit is ready; real activation awaits the certificate and acceptance in testing.

AEAT stage B (BETA, staged gate): collaborator certificate per firm in the encrypted vault, electronic filing with explicit confirmation box by box, and an append-only record of each attempt (who confirmed, which boxes, what the agency responded).
Mode off→test→production: production only opens with an ACCEPTED filing in test, and in production acceptance automatically marks the filing as filed with its CSV.
The agency endpoint starts empty: until the circuit is validated in testing with a real certificate, submission honestly responds "not configured".

Reported payroll (stage 1): import by CSV the resulting amounts from your payroll software (dni;bruto;neto;ss_empresa;irpf), and each published client payroll gains its figures.
The monthly employer cost appears in the client's labor row and in their portfolio record, alongside the ERP and treasury.
Payroll is still not calculated: amounts are REPORTED, your payroll software is the source of truth.

AEAT stage A: boxes for models 303, 130 and 111 calculated from the client's ERP (membership re-validated; 115 and clients without ERP: manual), reviewable and editable on screen.
Filing file downloadable per model/period (BETA: validate it in the agency site's simulation mode the first time you use each model). Nothing is filed from here: you upload with your certificate.
Honesty by design: model 111 only covers professional withholdings from the ERP (payrolls live outside and this is stated); VAT rates outside a box show a warning, they are not invented.
