NAiOS Talk is the internal chat of your ecosystem: real-time 1:1 conversations with people in your instance, without leaving NAiOS. Online presence, typing indicator, unread counters, and double read check, with permanent history. Privacy is governed by instance (open directory or sign-up only by exact email). It is the foundation upon which groups, attachments, voice notes, search, AI, and calls will be built in later phases.
