Description

NAiOS Talk is the internal chat of your ecosystem: real-time one-to-one conversations with the people in your instance, without leaving NAiOS. Online presence, typing indicator, unread counters and double-check read receipts, with permanent history. Privacy is governed per instance (open directory or invitation by exact email only). It is the foundation for groups, attachments, voice notes, search, AI and calls in upcoming phases.

Attachments with @agente: a file uploaded with "@agente …" in the caption triggers the agent just like a text message, and the agent receives the text of the attachment (PDF, Word, Excel, text) to analyze it. In the history the agent sees, each attachment appears with its id and name, and it can read any attachment in the group with the talk.read_attachment tool (Agents 1.4.1). Adjustment agent_attachment_max_chars.

Group knowledge base: an admin links from the group profile a shared KB space (their own or one they are a member of), and agents mentioned in the group also search there, with the permissions of whoever mentions them. Documents are not copied: they remain in their owner's KB, and when the link is removed they stop being visible immediately. System message when linking or unlinking.

When mentioning an agent that is turned off, the group sees the notice "Agent is off (OFF)" (previously it was silently lost). The notice is shown once every 10 minutes per conversation and agent.

Approving agent actions from the group: when a mentioned agent needs permission (creating a Support ticket, sending an email…), it posts a card with the action and its owner approves or rejects it right there; everyone else sees the status. When finished, the agent replies in the group with the result.

Support ticket from the conversation: in the "+" menu, "Support ticket" opens selection mode with the last five messages marked; you choose which messages go (and which attachments fit under the Support policy), review the subject, type and the pre-filled note with the transcript, and the ticket is created without leaving Talk. A system message is left with the ticket number and, in Support, the link back to the conversation. It only appears if your account has Support; in groups it warns that other people's messages will go to the ticket.

Walkthroughs: a new message type that is not read all at once. Sent from the "+" menu with a title, summary and steps ("## Title"; "## 🔒 Title" = sensitive step). In the thread it appears as a cover ("Discover": title, summary, number of steps and Start) and is walked through step by step with Previous/Next. Sensitive steps do not reach the browser until the reader presses "Show", and who and when is recorded. The server stores where each reader is; the author sees under the walkthrough who has opened it, which step they are on, and who has revealed the sensitive steps.

"Read more" on long messages: the first lines are shown (12 on desktop, 8 on mobile) with a fade and a button that opens the message with an animation; "Show less" folds it again. What is open is remembered for the duration of the session; when jumping to a message via a quote or search it opens automatically; if the message is above the viewport, the list does not jump.
