Description
NAiOS Legal takes your contracts out of the drawer: each agreement is a file with its parties (sourced from your CRM by NIF), its dates, its renewal, and its document living in NAiOS Office (versioned, protected, and searchable by AI). Generate drafts from templates with variables — mutual or unilateral NDA, service provision, GDPR processing assignment — with one click, attach the signed PDFs to the file, and let the watcher do half the work: expirations appear in your Calendar and the bell alerts you WITHIN the notice period, before a tacit renewal eats another year. Multi-company: each file belongs to a company in your ERP and inherits its permissions.
