Description

NAiOS Legal takes your contracts out of the drawer: each agreement is a case file with its parties (looked up in your CRM by tax ID/NIF), its dates, its renewal terms, and its document living in NAiOS Office (versioned, protectable, and searchable by AI). Generate drafts from templates with variables (mutual or unilateral NDA, service agreement, GDPR data processing agreement) in one click, attach signed PDFs to the case file, and let the watcher do half the work: deadlines appear in your Calendar, and the bell alerts you WITHIN the notice period, before a tacit renewal takes another year. Multi-company: each case file belongs to a company in your ERP and inherits its permissions.
