Description
Connect the hotel's booking engine with NAiOS agents. The plugin synchronizes the availability calendar, reference prices, and minimum stay for each room type, and provides three tools to chat and WhatsApp agents: check availability for specific dates, propose rooms that fit the number of people, and generate the booking link for the hotel website. Frequently asked questions (wifi, pets, breakfast, schedules) remain in the Knowledge Base; this plugin provides what AI cannot know on its own: if there is availability. Phase 2 of the roadmap: reading from the external engine. The management of bookings, payments, and operations will arrive in phase 3 on this same plugin.
