Description
NAiOS Firma is the platform's cross-cutting electronic signature capability: any module (Legal, HR, ERP, Gestoría) sends a document for signature and Firma handles the rest. The counterparty receives a link, sees the document exactly as it was sent (immutable snapshot), accepts with a one-time code received by email, and every step is recorded in a CHAINED RECORD in the style of a blockchain: document hash, verified code, IP, device and exact moment. Tampering with any link breaks the chain and is detected. Upon completion, the record PDF is generated with a public verification QR. Honest scope: this is electronic signature with an evidence record (eIDAS admits it as evidence; the weight comes from the evidence), not qualified signature. For QES, the external provider driver will arrive later.

Each piece of evidence (verified code, IP, device, moment) is chained with SHA-256: altering one breaks all subsequent ones and verification detects it

Upon completion, the record in PDF with a QR that leads to the public verification page: anyone can verify the chain
Pending signers receive reminders and envelopes expire automatically when the deadline passes
