Description
NAiOS Signature is the cross-functional electronic signature capability of the platform: any module (Legal, HR, ERP, Management) sends a document to be signed, and Signature takes care of the rest. The counterparty receives a link, sees the document exactly as it was sent (unalterable snapshot), accepts with a one-time code received by email, and each step is recorded in a CHAINED RECORD in a blockchain style: document hash, verified code, IP, device, and exact moment — touching a link breaks the chain and is detected. Upon completion, a PDF of the record is generated with a public verification QR code. Level of honesty: it is an electronic signature with evidence record (eIDAS accepts it as proof; the weight is given by the evidence), not a qualified signature — for QES, the driver from an external provider will arrive.
