Description
A Calendly within NAiOS: your calendar with events, blocks, and repetitions; your availability schedule; and a public link for each type of appointment so anyone can book a slot with you — video call with NAiOS Meet room created automatically, in-person visit, or call. Read the busy status of your external calendars to never offer an overlapping slot, share your agenda with the team with member permissions, and notify with reminders and repetitive alarms.

- #104: large external calendars now fit — a Google Calendar with years of history exceeded the 2MB limit ('feed too large'). Limit raised to 25MB (adjustable), 20 seconds download wait, and pruning of old history (18 months) to prevent cache bloat
- #104: EXTERNAL calendars via ICS subscription (Google, Outlook, Apple) in read-only — 'External' button, with recurrences, time zones, and cache; the secret URL is never re-exposed
