A Booksy within NAiOS: each user publishes their businesses with services, workers, and schedules; customers book without an account from a public page, receive confirmation via WhatsApp with a link to reschedule or cancel, and pay in-store, via Bizum, or with a payment link. The owner manages everything from a calendar with columns by worker, drag and drop, and a reservation tray with statuses.
